Well done team!! What a great day out!!

Great individual medal hauls and a good overall placing for our club. RNSC came 5th of 13 clubs, managing to pip Hillingdon by 20 points.

This was a well attended and well run competition, with some extremely fast swimmers. It was good to see new members, Helen and Caitlin join the team. Caitlin collected a gold medal for each of her races! (Unfortunately she had to leave early before the team photo was taken!)

Another fine performance by Roy, who was the only RNSC swimmer at this event.

Despite having missed several weeks of training at the beginning of the year, Roy achieved excellent race times and collected 6 gold medals:

• Backstroke 50m & 100m
• Breaststroke 50m & 100m
• Freestyle 100m & 200m
