Martin was RNSC's only competitor at this meet in Dorchester, with the following results:
Well done to all the RNSC swimmers who competed at the Barnet Copthall Distance Meet on 5th & 6th July. I think it's fair to say that we were all pleased with our results. We were all quick off the blocks and swam well, even if we had a couple of wonky turns or wished we didn't have to swim all 8 lengths of the 200m. Our commiserations go to Paul, who missed his 200m breaststroke race due to a traffic holdup on his journey to the pool. See below for our medal haul and race times... 3 Gold, 6 silver, 2 bronze!
