| We had three swimmers representing the club at this event, which had qualifying times to be able to enter. It was broadcast on YouTube so all successes and mistakes are laid bare for all to see! Lynda had a clean sweep of golds and so is a triple SE England champion. Her 200m backstroke was only her second attempt at this distance and she secured a time which is a Phase 2 National time, as are her two other distances. Paul managed to become the 200m breaststroke SE England champion with a PB by 6 seconds. Helen recorded the most impressive improvement with three PBs, including breaking 4 minutes for the 200m breaststroke. She is also now just 1 second from the Phase 2 National time for the 100m breaststroke. |  |
