For those of you who didn't make the Barnet Copthall Sprint Meet last week, here's what you missed........

The ASA National Masters Championships 2016 takes place in Sheffield 28-30 October. Entries close on 30 September:

- Ray - 1 gold, 3 silver, 1 bronze
- Paul - 1 silver, 1 bronze (well, he was in the toughest age-group!)
