Sarah's Thames half-marathon swim

Congratulations to Sarah for completing the Thames half-marathon swim.

This is an 'approx' 5.5km swim starting from a point above Hurley and finishing in Marlow. 

Sarah completed the swim in 1:54 for a distance of 5.7km.

Christine and Paddy cycle to Paris

Christine and her husband, Paddy, recently cycled 306 miles on the Avenue Verte from London to Paris - a 6 day cycle / camping trip.

Apparently they had to consume lots of croissants and baguettes to keep them going!
