South East Region Long Course Masters Championships

Congratulations to Dan (lane 1) for great swims at the South East Masters Championships in Crawley on Saturday. Long course - 50 metre pool. 

Dan was swimming under his 'first claim' club, Metropolitan Police Masters, in the 30-34 age group.

Results:
  • 50m Freestyle: 29.19 - 5th place - An improvement of 3 secs from last year!
  • 50m Butterfly: 36.38 - 3rd place - An improvement of 2 secs from last year!
  • 400m Freestyle: 5:43.34 - 4th place
